Ken Rochester

Director of Business Development

Ken Rochester is the Director of Business Development at Corporate Results, Inc. where he brings over 30 years of sales and marketing experience in expanding the client base of CRI and highlighting the company’s capabilities to government contractors and project-based businesses. Chief among his responsibilities is seeking opportunities to provide contractors and project-based companies with Deltek’s industry leading Costpoint software suite, which includes Costpoint Core, Deltek Time and Expense and Costpoint Enterprise Reporting. CRI can provide small to mid-size businesses with Back Office Solutions, System Management and Development and Executive Level Service Development using our game changing Costpoint Celerity program which can be configured and ready to use in as little as 3 to 4 weeks. Deltek is the leading global provider of enterprise software and information solutions for government contractors, professional services firms and other project and people-based businesses.

Throughout his career, Ken has structured and negotiated various leasehold and purchase agreements with Fortune 500 companies, federal agencies and local businesses within the Baltimore/Washington corridor. His experience in the fields of commercial real estate, Software as a Service (SaaS) and industrial components has earned him numerous awards and recognitions. Prior to joining Corporate Results, Inc., Ken was responsible for the marketing, leasing and management of a privately held portfolio of 1mm square feet of office, industrial and medical properties for a family-owned investment entity within their extensive portfolio of holdings.

His years in the fields of Software as a Service (SaaS) and industrial component marketing and sales were in the Northeastern (Great Lakes), South Central and Mid-Atlantic regions of the United States. Ken’s primary clients were banks, commercial real estate owners/developers and brokers, along with federal, state and local government agencies.

Ken received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Public Administration from George Mason University.
